True North is operated by an Australian sole trader and ships within Australia only.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
We do not offer international shipping.

All orders are dispatched directly by us.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding public holidays.
Dispatch timeframes are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select or allow Authority to Leave, delivery is at your own risk.
True North is not liable for loss or theft once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist with carrier enquiries.
However, True North is not responsible for:

Any compensation is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.
9. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must:

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
10. Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered delivered once tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.
11. Changes to Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
